Joel Griffith joined Fox News on March 26, 2020 to break down that while the Senate’s coronavirus stimulus package has positive elements, some provisions work directly against the critical goal of keeping employees connected to employers.

THE CARES ACT WENT THROUGH CONGRESS AND THE SENATE THE YEAR BEFORE THE PANDEMIC! THEY PLANNED THE ENTIRE THING! GENOCIDAL MANIACS! ANYONE THAT SIGNED THE CARES ACT NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR GENOCIDE!!!
Awesome! I am being punished for working! I will have a lot less money than person who sits on their butt and watches Netflix! Way to go Goverment! People really think that these money are for “free?” Hahahaha what a joke…
See how much you will actually get back: https://caresactstimuluscheckcalculator.com/
Yea let's prioritize bailing out bigger enterprises like cruise, airline, hotels, over the working class of this country that is relying on biweekly paychecks to make ends meet.
Existing programs like UI and SDI are the most expedient way to provide income and prevent the rioting, looting etc. that are inevitable if people can't afford to eat. People who are ordered to shelter in place can't choose to to keep their jobs rather than seek these benefits.
I'm going to have to give it a CBB contrived by a bonehead
Anytime they say bipartisan and unanimous the people know they're getting screwed
ANY & EVERY piece of "Emergency/Crisis" legislation should be "temporary & targeted". Doesn't take a Constitutional scholar to figure that out.
What are the special interests getting rich on this bill?
The liberals create a pandemic and then make the government bigger to correct it. Sounds familiar.
We are so protected. Such a good day to stay in LBJ room
Pay for utilities? What about the substance of overhead which includes all expenses. Some people make sure their income pays for food, family, car, entertainment. How can the government decide what you can pay for? You oay utilities with this money. That's insane. This is a cold and no one died from a virus in the history of the world. Hiv is not a virus it's a hoax the treatment kills you and the hoax that you have Hiv is something we need to know
Millions to the Kennedy, really?! F ing Dems money grabbing crooks.
It’s a good thing that they are giving money to hospitals, and to small businesses. However, at the same time by saying that those who are unemployed will get 100% of their salary plus 600 on top of that will just obliterate the same companies they are trying to save.
As usual, Congress' priorities are self-gratifying instead of helping the business owners and working classes who keeps this great country running. Sounds like progressives have snuck-in some more welfare programs to keep Americans dependent on government. I look forward to hearing from Don't Walk Don't Run, John Stossel, The Heritage Foundation, and other conservative YouTubers to specify what's actually in this Act.
The Great Robbery of the American taxpayers 2020!
What do YOU think about the CARES Act?
Setting a president for disaster here. Very poor alignment from handouts to the builti billion dollar airlines ….really. ? And income levels set at below 90,000 0r 75,000 for a free 1.200 handout when the average income in America is 45.000 OK??? Not to mention the special interest perks that were injected. So what happens next flu season?
Here is the problem with your argument “they could have been helping”… most of our government employees in the congress do not understand and have absolutely no concept of the VALUE of our small business sector or understand HOW to help that sector. How could they possibly formulate a plan to help? Sad
