Hans von Spakovsky is an authority on a wide variety of problems– including civil liberties, civil justice, the First Amendment, migration, the guideline of law and federal government reform– as a senior legal fellow in The Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. As supervisor of the think tank’s Election Law Reform Initiative, von Spakovsky also research studies and talks about campaign finance restrictions, citizen scams and resident ID, enforcement of federal voting rights laws, administration of elections and voting gadgets standards.
