  1. PragerU, you need to bring up the maxim: Dissimilar things ought not be joined. They are trying to join publisher with public forum. Publisher is private and public forum is public (dissimilar). If you bring up an ambiguous argument, you will lose. I would bring up an argument under trial by jury of is youtube a public forum or a private publisher. Youtube wants all the benefits of both private publisher and public forum with non of the cost. They want their cake and eat it to. That want an omelette without disturbing the egg. I hope you make a video explaining your argument.

  5. Great video. I Hope you win the case. YouTube does act like a publisher, telling people off or dismissing some contents and censoring others. They are acting like the disciplinary committee for the world! Nobody gave them such role or duty.

  9. Most people don't understand free speech under the law. This video does a pretty good job of explaining it, but what it didn't delve into was that Section 230 allows public forums to remove speech that violates their own created standards, but only if it's done in good faith, and I don't believe YouTube is operating in good faith by removing PragerU videos. Their objections would strictly be on ideological grounds, not grounds of protecting viewers or the forum itself. The 1st Amendment keeps the government from blocking your free speech in most circumstances, whereas Section 230 keeps public forums from blocking your free speech in most circumstances. I say "most circumstances" because you can't give speech that would violate decency laws or put others at harm. YouTube's complaint with PragerU is that they simply don't agree what they're saying, and they don't have the right to do that under the law as written, as there is nothing indecent or dangerous about their videos.

    Maybe Prager U should do an article on the fact Giovanni Gentele described Fascism as "Corporate Socialism". The symbiotic relationship between socialists and big business is as fascinating as it is ironic.
    Basically socialists would rather regulate one mega corp thand a thousand small businesses. Big business is far more able to absorb the costs of the taxes and regulations that go with socialism.

  19. YouTube is correct in the restrictions. PragerU (NOT and educational foundation in my opinion) has put out videos supportive of slavery, beating children and more. I don't see how their rights are being suppressed when they can put their videos on their own website and invite people to join them there. This is no different than the restriction of yelling 'Fire!' in a crowded movie house. Given how the right is always screaming 'Help! I'm being repressed' (full Monty Python there) and this is typical Christian trop, YouTube should keep their restrictions as it doesn't harm anyone. This goes for the left and right equally.

  20. We desperately need an alternative. Their censorship gets tighter and tighter every day. I'm at a point where I can't have a substantive conversation on anything as over half my comments get deleted (only those critical of a certain political side), and I always make a point to be professional and respectful.

  25. Preach. I watch a lot of 2A content on yt and they have been censored for years. The videos get demonetized and they don't appear on peoples feeds so nobody sees them. I hope you win your case. What yt is doing is un-American.

  28. PragerU got restricted because they spread misinformation about Ecology, Biology ,Race, Sex, History, and education. Google is a private company. If you don't abide by their terms of service then TOO BAD. You can leave whenever you want, they can make whatever rules you want. Dosen't PragerU like capitalism and private companies? Well this is something a private company can do.

  30. Google is a Monopoly that needs to be broken up! They commit fraud on such a large vast scale with not just censorship on YouTube, but from small business owners and Ad words as well. They should be forced to pay back all the money they fraudulent stole from fake clicks and from censorship and any other damages that we the people have incurred from them.

  34. YT wants to have the power to censor – without responsibilities! I’m glad to hear that someone is trying to curb the dangerous monstrosity threatening to dispense with all kinds of freedom, and even though Google sets aside billions for lawsuits on its budget, it won’t prove immune to exposure. Your clear statement is therefore valuable in itself! 
    But how is PragerU „nonprofit“ when you charge a monthly fee of 35$?
