Social Security is not an entitlement. People pay into to it and then receive what they've payed for when they retire. If you pay for a car, you get to drive it. If you pay into Social Security, you get to receive it. An example of an "Entitlement" is when the Bush administration took the massive budget surplus they inherited and gave it to the ultra-rich. The biggest welfare queens are the rich. THEY receive the overwhelming chunk for "entitlement spending". The American people, not so much.
