WOW! gotta love conservative think tanks..
The homeowners who are in trouble are largely the ones who falsified their applications and the banks are guilty as well for loaning on the assurance of continued equity growth. The media has been guilty of focusing on the negative for decades…possibly centuries… almost from the inception of mainstream media. Main stream media used to be newspapers.
Negativity in the media is staggering.
