The Book of Exodus – Part 1
The first part of Exodus recounts how Abraham’s family ends up enslaved in Egypt. God raises up a deliverer to confront the evil of Pharaoh and to liberate the Israelites. From Egypt, they set out into the wilderness on the way to Mt. Sinai.

This is so biased against the egyptian people—slavery is not okay but the people of Egypt suffered from the ten plagues just as much as the pharoh did. Think of an innocent family losing their first born child over a quarrel they could do nothing about. The supposedly good god did not tell them how to save their innocent son.

But why don't you mention that the real reason behind the Israelites wondering in the desert longer than they would was because of disobedience and limiting God,,, you're presenting in a perspective that seems to be against God and it's not fair.

Very nice videos. Just some food for thought. The sea in which pharaoh’s army drowned , was not the Red Sea , but the sea of reeds. There are no artifacts in the Red Sea. However, there were plenty found in the see of Reeds. Lake Tanis.

I really love it when you guys explain it so clearly.
I’m a non-believer reading the bible for the first time and using these videos as an overview. I have to say, I don’t know who these are for… from a bird’s eye perspective, they’re good, but several key facts are wrong. From a granular perspective, so much of the story is skimmed over or summarized.
Good animations, though. Entertaining if one isn’t too critical of the story telling.
I wish you guys showed the splitting of the sea! But other than that, great job! Thank you for sharing!

Man. It's such a shame these stories are not told with any reference to the mountains of actual historical and archeological research – not to mention the textual and literary analysis of the Bible. Well, okay, there's a little literary analysis, but it's heavily slanted by a Christian perspective.
It ends up really blurring the line between history, legend and myth.
Should we celebrate / keep the PassOver in today's time ?
