Since that time, he has served as senior pastor of Faith Bible Church in Edmond, Oklahoma. He completed his PhD at Dallas Theological Seminary in 2005 and serves as an associate professor of Bible exposition at DTS. Mark and his wife, Cheryl, live in Edmond, Oklahoma. They have two sons, Justin (married to Natalee) and Samuel, and two grandchildren.

I believe the conflict will escalate and then Antichrist will appear. Then 3,5 years later he will attack Israel with a Muslim koalition. Were Antichrist rule from Turkey. And then it will escalate to Armageddon

Respectfully, if the end is so very near….how do you explain 1 Cor. 15 : 24 – 26…and we are not even close to that scenario….or Ephesians 2 : 7….AGES TO COME? Both right there in the Book in plain black and white but never mentioned by all of the end time preachers and teachers and so called experts and prophets because they do not fit their agenda. Any doctrine, teaching, or belief that is not in harmony with ALL scripture cannot be marked as the truth of God. But they just keep on spewing their speculation and conjecture and comic book material and when nothing happens….just move the goal posts and keep on going. It is hard to rationalize a nuclear war can anyone see Putin or Biden or any elite giving up all their wealth and power to survive in a bunker for generations.I do think nuclear war will be a reality when armageddon is at hand in the last battle from the description in the bible.

They can cook up a depopulation event from hell, but actual armageddon will only occur near the end of the 7yr tribulation. We won't be here.

The last time that a battle was fought at Megiddo was when the British and their Arab allies defeated the Ottoman Turks there in 1918. The Turks alone suffered 175,000 casualties.

Armageddon of Hebrew origin har and Megiddon, meaning a gather place. har=mountain, hill, hill country. Megiddon = a place in Manasseh . Jerusalem The Mount of Olives,,, The Temple Mount. For they are … Rev 16:14 spirits of demons, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings … of the whole world, to (((gather)) (((them))) (((to the battle))) of the great day of God [the] Almighty. Out of the beasts mouth is sent the frogs to gather his/Satans army ,,, Satan sets up camp in the holy Temple and gathers his army for to battle God.
We are very near to the Rapture. The Rapture of the Church comes first, then a 7 year Tribulation and then comes Armageddon.

Often, very often, it is commonly stated that "the beast" of Revelation is the anti-Christ, as in 'the beast' of Revelation is an individual man. However, the term "beast" related to ruling principalities in Biblical prophecy typical refers to Kingdoms (and/or) what we refer to today as 'Empires'. The book of Daniel famously refers to the 4 Beasts/ 4 Kingdoms model that describes the Babylonian, Medo-Persian, Greek then Roman Empires.
A Kingdom (a territorial domain ruled by a prominent male ruler – hence "king") can represent a territory that will typically begin much smaller than when it achieves the height of its power. Once the kingdom reaches the height of its power, it typically encompasses more than one independent nation as a result of expansive rulership and conquest.
The fourth beast of Daniel is often cited as the model of the Anti-Christs future kingdom. The Roman Empire was the fourth beast and was comprised of many of todays European nations and territory upon the Mediterranean sea, down into the middle east. In ancient history, including Biblical times, many territorial expanses of the world were not defined by specific legal boundaries or borders. Today, all territory of the world has a specific legal border represented under international law. And so, unlike biblical times, the up an coming "beast" will represent a conglomerate of todays existing nations, some of which existed within the previous 4 Beasts of Daniel under different historical titles. The beast may be ruled under one man, but a "beast" typically symbolizes a specific territorial reign under several successive Emperors, Tsars, Kings. Revelations clearly states that the Beast alliance is comprised on 10 Horns, 10 Kings who have not yet received their kingdoms. Personally I have not yet determined exactly what "not yet received their kingdom" means, unless this essentially means that at the time of the prophecy, the territories these kings represent did not yet exist, as they will in today's nations within newly define borders. The 10 horns and 10 kings represents 10 nations with their own independent militaries [horns] who ally together, where their militaries (and likely, economies and trade relations) are also allied. It is possible that the 10 also exist under an agreed upon financial instrument, a specific currency, but this expansion of ties beyond military are my own views. In this "beast" concept, I am perplexed as to why the bible switches gears in the book of Revelation and begins to refer to an individual man being the "beast", when Daniel makes it clear that Beasts are entire kingdoms or empires – unless this is a type of synecdoche where the beast and leader of the beast alliance are synonymous in character. This makes the most sense. You can imagine that if the Leader of the Beast (the Antichrist) and its 10 militaries are destroyed by Jesus in Israel, then theses 10 nations in their entirety that are located in their respective home country domains may also be destroyed by Jesus.
If there is a nuclear weapon used it will cause global warming that will end the ability to grow crops due to ionizing radiation depleting the ozone. We are at the global temperature limit now.
