Why is the poorest and sickest part of town ALWAYS where these churches are and have been located for long? Strict state secularism, mega multidenominationalism, and the typical poverty of the religious not to mention ignorance is the explanation here.
HOW to become a "False Prosperity Teacher"
Just start telling people that God told you if you give a $1,000 (more or less) Donation to their Ministry, God will give you back 10-fold.
WOW!!! Time to quit your Job. Right?
Also, tell the same people that God took you to Heaven and had an Angel give them a Guided Tour, and even showed them their Mansion.
Tell the same people how God audibly speaks to you and give you a WARNING that something terrible will happen to you if you don't "Get Right with God" or don't give to their Ministry. Tell the same people that Jesus visits you every day in private and actually ask you things like "I don't know what to do today, do you have any ideas?" or "I had a rough day and I think I need a Hug from you.". I'm not making this up!!!
The list goes on and on. The worst part is that MILLIONS of people actually believe these "Demonic Lies" even though they are totally Bizarre, Unscriptural, and Beyond Belief. However, despite that, they still GIVE Millions upon Millions of dollars so these False Teachers can live in multi-million dollar Mansions with Swimming Pools, Drive luxury cars, and have their own Private Jets while the people that support their Ministry are struggling to pay their Bills … What a Shame!
These False Teachers are as EVIL as they come, and we all know who I'm talking about.
In conclusion. Here is why telling the same people "Big Lies" works. It comes from an Evil man called HITLER who said in his book Mein Kauf … "The BIGGER the LIE the more will believe it," and it looks like he was 100% right.
Well, it sure looks like ALL of these False Teachers have a lot in common with HITLER … They are a Disgrace and an Enemy of the Cross … GOD FORBID!

READ YOUR BIBLE EVERY SINGLE DAY!
Don't read it trying to find favor, or gifts or riches.
Read it to understand God's will.
Jesus's will is in the Bible all over it.
I cannot tell you His will. You should read it for yourself.
And when you read it, study the context, the original audience, analyze the Word, understand the Word, and overall ACCEPT THE WORD.
Do not reject it because it doesn't align with what you want.
When you read it and it contradicts your ideas, you have to choose if you love God above all or if you love your life more than you love God.
Right. God wanted His own son to be treated like sh_t. But He wants all these "born agains" to have the big house, the big boat, the high-life, the trophy wife, and be buddies with all the assholes at the country club, just like the Joneses. They're THAT special to God. Just when I thought it impossible to have one's head further up one's own ass.
The prosperity money message no, I totally disagree with that. However, the lord God heals and can perform miracles. If God did not heal those who need healing, then how are we supposed to carry out our calling? So the devil has much more power than God? The lord healed people when he was on earth, and continues after he rose from the dead. To believe in the bible is to believe the power of God. The bible is a book of spiritual and physical life and well being, To believe in God who is powerless is a form of religion and not the gospel. What bible are you people reading anyway?
Prosperity gospel is one extreme, you preach another extreme. Both are nuts.
Deuteronomy 8:18 says, "But you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to gain wealth, that He may confirm His covenant, which He swore to your Fathers, as it is this day."
If GOD is the one that gives you power to gain wealth, He's obviously NOT against one being wealthy. What He is against is one having money but not having the character or integrity to handle it.
If have a gift it should be shared

Prosperity gospel is bad to the rich,,
As for me I pray God gives people where to sleep, food and a job that can sustain them,,
It's not about luxury cars,houses, or private jets.
Being homeless is a curse I have cried tears

Nowadays pastors please the people and people please these prosperity preacher's giving them the opportunity.. It's a cycle. Full circle.

Matthew 7:7… how ever in James 4:3 it warns us “You ask and do not receive, because you amiss, that you may spend on your pleasures.” Meaning if you ask for something in selfish gain it may not be answered. Only if you seek wealth to honor God. You can look at Abraham, Job, And King Solomon to name a few they was very wealthy, however they honored GOD with their wealth. Key thing is to focus on God and not wealth. Many prosperity preachers teach a twisted doctrine, such as I can have whatever I want. Bc of John 14 and Matthew 7… Matthew 6: 33 however proves my point.. “But seek FIRST the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you.” Seek God first one of the Laws of Jesus which is in my opinion the Fruit of the spirit is SELF CONTROL. Selfishness is not of God. We as saints must acknowledge this. God does also promise us health. (1.)3 John 1:2 promise of good health. (2.) 1 Corinthians 6:19 Our body is a temple treat it like one. (3.) Proverbs 3:7-8 Health through wise choices. (4.) Trust God for healing. Exodus 15:26 and Psalm 103:2-3. (5.) The importance of rest and diet. Mark 6:31 and Genesis 1:29… we can’t expect God to keep us healthy if we don’t follow what the Bible tells us. We can’t be glutton on Food and expect God to help with our Blood pressure and such.. Follow Gods word and he promises he will take care of us.

God doesn't give out self centered wishes and prayers.
Some of the suffering were only for his early disciples and they have been rewarded for it.. Revelation 21:14 says:
"And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb."
By faith we can recive what we need if we ask. And if it's good health.. why not ask Jesus for it. Who are you to say Jesus can't satisfy me with long life..
Why should we suffer. The apostles had to suffer because they had to plant the church and they are rewarded in heaven. Not all Christians.. I disagree
I just think to Leah being rejected by Jacob (who mind you isn’t all that ) and by her many persuits of having babies stems the lineage of Christ AND king David like are you kidding meee??!

Matthew 7:7: Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find.
Thou shalt not kill, some say murder, which is the wrong interpretation, INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER must be included in commandment. Thou shalt not lie includes perjury to the Grand Jury and little white lies. Lying is solely unjust but Sean's hermeneutic is killing is both just and unjust. PhD apologist, drink more Kool Aid?
Sean's hermeneutic and exegetical teaching? War death is just and unjust, then flips on interpretation and teaches, abortion isn't just and unjust it is only unjust.
Never heard the term Prosperity Gospel, but I know the situation.
Like those who think Trump will win bc he’s does God’s work. We can pray for it, but if it’s not God’s will…don’t lose faith if he “loses”.
John the Baptist was murdered in prison. A million Armenian Christian’s were murdered by Muslims in Turkey in 1910. Our reward is not on earth.
I agree God is not our sugar daddy and he’s not the lottery ticket and he would never let us use him in that way, the New Testament does say to expect trouble and suffering in this world and is not a cake walk but that’s not the only thing it says either to leave it at that is a gross negligence

Yes there is suffering when picking up your cross but that not the only thing about Christianity. If we were all supposed to be miserable 24/7 it would be quite hard to convince people that Jesus came to bring us life and life more abundantly. John 10: 7-10 (let alone getting them to become Christian’s and follow him)
It’s important we see the whole Bible for what it is and we don’t just pick one side or the other and think “well if it says this than this must be true and everything else doesn’t matter” read all of it, it is both gut renching and joyous celebrating. don’t just confide yourself to one camp and don’t allow your self to believe that’s there are only two solutions and you have to be apart of one or the other.

The Prosperity Gospel is more focused on the financial aspect of shalom, to the degree that many prosperity preachers will say that Jesus died to make you rich — and that everything in your life is to be "Jesus-class" so as to have Rolexes, vacation homes, Bentley's,premium Bibles, chandeliers, owning famous works of art, always flying first class, etc.

The Bible is just a fictional story, you are taking this way too seriously. Let people believe what they want.
I agree that the bible denies the prosperity gospel, but it also affirms it.
Neither Sean, or any of the christians he attacks, can show that their version of the cult is the right one.
not one can do what jesus promises to his true followers per their bible, so they all must be frauds.
Great reminder that we are in God's service whether we know it or not. We do not need health or wealth here. This is a temporary state and learning is why we are here. Paying attention is all we need to ever do. Everything else is provided for the lesson to be effective. Pay attention. This is nearly over less than 6 years to go. 💙🙏RW
We won't always have these things but it is His intention (just like the garden and on earth as it is in heaven) just as His perfect will is that none shall perish but our actions as individuals and a civilization can prevent that and we should expect it. It can happen in spurts and will happen when Jesus returns.
