Today, Dr. Richard Tubb, a retired military officer and one of the longest-serving White House doctors in history, serving from 1995-2009, joins us to discuss what strategies we should have in place to resume America. He likewise discusses his time working for President George W. Bush to build out a few of the first pandemic preparation. Dr. Tubb is also a member of Heritage’s National Coronavirus Recovery Commission.
