This is such a great video. I really appreciate your time and effort to make this video and I look forward to seeing the next ones.
It's pretty rich for Christians to preach about justice, when the foundation of the religion involves a perversion of justice. "Substitutiary justice" is an oxymoron, supported by morons.
Just came across your video by scrolling through a lot of stuff on you tube. As an atheist my mind was completely blown by your title, introduction, etc. Haven't watched your videos and don't intend to, but just want to say that the god of the bible is the most unjust and evil deity in all of mythology that humans have ever dreamt up. This god kills innocent people on a whim. What did Lot's wife do to deserve the death penalty? Why did the guy gathering sticks on a sabbath have to die? why kill an innocent man for trying to be helpful by putting out his hand to stabilize the ark on an ox cart? Why burn the sons of Aron with fire when they made a procedural mistake in burning offerings on the altar? When somebody messes up an all powerful, loving god should be able to figure out how to correct them without smiting them. When Moses came down the mountain with the ten commandments the first time and saw the golden calf, he smashed the commandments, threw a temper tantrum, then got together a bunch of thugs with swords and they went through the camp indiscriminately slaughtering men, women and children who had absolutely no responsibility for making the calf. And god was OK with that!!! How did that line up with the commandment "thou shallt not kill"? Maybe an apology from Moses for his long unexplained absence would have been more appropriate. These are just a few examples of the horrendous nature of the god of the bible and the blatant injustices that the god of the bible did, commanded and condoned – not even mentioning slavery, the misogeny towards women, commands to commit genocide, etc. NT not much better, Ananias and wife getting the death penalty for not giving away all their money (when a kind reprimand would have been a lot more just). How in the world you can in any way derive justice from the bible and from that evil god is mind blowing !!!!!!
