Archeological evidence that the bible record real history, is not evidence that the miracles in the bible occurred. Spider-Man happens in New York, New York is real therefore spider man is real.
Of course no one has ever provided actual evidence a god exists.
That would be because gods are imaginary.
Okay first off. We need to separate books between nonfiction and fiction.
Nonfiction books would be science books history. Biographies and documentaries.
Are we going to say all these history books and science books etc are not real..
Are we going to say all these fiction books are real.

How does the universe and fine tuning demonstrate Gods existence? Now, I could see an argument for a first cause/mover…a deistic deity…lower case G god. But, you’re being very specific here by claiming the Abrahamic God…big G…is that first mover.
How can you reasonably believe this is true? As you said, pointing to a book isn’t in its self evidence, so how can you demonstrate this without appealing to the NT?
you don't discover truth without looking for it. so she's right to a point but unless she is willing to look at the evidence that the book points to in the world you won't find out if what's in the book is true. you can't just assume blindly that the book is true which is what Jesus tells us. don't believe blindly.
Can someone please tell these people that the more they speak the Dumber they look….. There's a really big difference between fiction and historical, Spiritual, and archaeological truth….. And the more you make videos and speak reveals how little you know

Roughly half of all known species are parasites. According to Sean's logic, we must conclude that the universe was finely tuned for parasites.
This massively undersells the Bible. The Bible is a collection of texts from various authors from over 1000 years in time. These texts have cohesive threads that exceed human ability to contrive at such a large scale.
And where the Bible seems to conflict with archaeology at times, discoveries are constantly validating Biblical truth.
Also, people need to stop conflating evidence and proof.
Say's someone who never tried reading the Bible or studying about it.
The ACTUAL evidence should be easily seen in the lives of those within the church, but, in today's commercial worldly church there is nearly zero evidence at all and churches have very little if any effect on surrounding communities. TV Christianity is a stinch to God's nostrils!
Both sides must present their case.

So how did early Christians believe in Jesus without science, archeology, etc
First of all, ask your interlocutor to define "evidence".
There is no definitive phrasing as to what counts as evidence.
Evidence is arbitrary and dependent on what it is that requires evidence.
The same thing when asked for "proof".
A synonym for proof is "argument".
Proofs are only used in logic and mathematics. Not science.
Have an understanding of metaphysics and its importance to physics, which are nearly inseparable.
Other than the Bible and theology, logical arguments for God count as evidence and proofs.
There's also epistemic and ontological differences to asking whether or not God exists, and the belief in God, theism.
Atheist will often conflate the two, causing confusion and inconsistencies.
Scripture calls for us to be prepared to give a defense.
Just like any engagement, have an offense. Be prepared.
While it's great if an atheist accepts Christ, my goal is to demonstrate that I've given my faith thought.
And, that our observations, experiences, and interactions with the world God created for us clearly demonstrates God's existence and justifies my belief and the faith that is not blind.

unsurprisingly, baseless claims count as evidence in christianity, made up nonsene counts as evidence in christnaity, etc.
They have no evidence for their claims. They simply make things up. Archaeology doesn't support their claims. All archeology shows is that christains and jews existed, not that what they believed was true.
and the first cause argument fails them since it never gets to their god or needs a god.
and ROFL, "fulfilled prophecies". There aren't any, just the claims that this is the case. Unfortunately for the christians, they hvae no dates, times or details. they wave their hands at vague nonsense.

I am technically an atheists but even i won't deny the potential of higher being, because even with no prove it would mean it doesn't exist. In the day we hunted mammoths could we prove that we can talk acoss oceans, see the future skys, or reach the moon? No. The lack of evidence isn't proof for, but also never against
God created everything it is said so he can be the one changing our genes and evolving us so future generation are still perfect, it does say we are forever born perfect. he would of created the physics that made these worlds possible, created the forces that keep the world spinning. Finding knew things about this world wouldn't be proving the lack of a god, but maby just finding his secrets. (Even the one who originally proposed evolution was a believer in god, because it isn't proof against)
Thanks for saying that. In the last few days I had a "debate" with an atheist who always said… Well, who created god? Give me substantial proof of God's existence.
And as someone who studies biology, I said that nature points towards a creator, an external source of intelligence, and I started listing some arguments and explained some processes and structure of some things, and asked questions like … Can intelligence come from non intelligence? Can order come from chaos etc, but all I got was arrogant responses and he said to me "little one, do better, learn, be open minded, not indoctrinated"
