What does it mean to meditate on Scripture?
In the Bible, meditating means slowly speaking or thinking about Scripture as a way to focus our attention until the words become part of us. Psalm 1 is a reflection on how what we meditate on shapes our path in life.

Free will is worth having a correct instruction. It is also important to remember that GOD has a message for each of us. Caution: if someone hates or prevents you from calling home, or friends and family, see yourself. When others instruct us too much, do you see whos fruit you are becoming? If GOD sees us looking tired and beaten down too often, I assure you, GOD will know you by your fruit. I know my fruit and they know me no matter what point I am at in my own story.
Even planting one kind of flower x seven has the ability to heal.

So applying this into the translation provided, we could take away
“Rather, his delight is in the torah of יהוה, and on His torah he hagah’s day and night.”
(name of the LORD left in Hebrew so anyone can pronounce it any way they like as I don’t claim to know the correct way, and apostrophe added after “hagah” for ease of reading. I know it’s impractical as far as translation is concerned, but for Bible study I think it can be useful, which is also the whole point of the short.)
