Pastor Jack Hibbs tackles some of the hard-hitting topics of today’s culture in his new YouTube mini-series to help believers equip themselves to engage the culture for Christ. In this video, Pastor Jack examines what the Bible teaches about racism.

Christians who truly care about the state of the Gospel and of the Church should not expect nonbelievers to lobby in their favor. Pastor Jack stresses how critical it is that believers are informed on what the Bible says about matters we face today, and that Christ followers vote their biblical values.

Ultimately, hope for change cannot be found in any country’s ruling class, but in Jesus Christ alone.

  2. Brother I believe your heart is in the right place. But the 'I don't see color' isn't what blacks ask for. We asked for people to not react negatively about our skin color. & also it's not your right to decide when you brother can bring up a grievance because you don't care to hear about it or feel uncomfortable. If it's an issue the Bible instructs us to bring it to our brother not ignore it. Lastly the 'Race Card' lingo came from an 1863 cartoon used to slander Lincoln for freeing the slaves so it started as a Racist term. I know most people aren't aware of this just letting you know. So when it's use to try to silence blacks that are trying to share it serves the purpose of the guy who created the term with Racist intent. Not to mention that's what it feels like when most blacks hear it. Hope this is helpful. God bless!

  5. Carla Linton. According To The Holy Bible racism is a sin. We were all created in the image of God. And he loves us all no matter what race we are. We are all one in Christ Jesus. And we are suppose to Love Ye One another like The Word Of God says to do in The Holy Bible in The Book Of John Chapter 15 Verse 12.

  8. I was racist when I lived in a small town in my teen years. I was taught to hate, my Grandfather said he would throw out his TV when blacks started to act. It was a culture shock to me when I moved on the outskirts of a City and saw all different races of people. I am not racist now! Thank you Lord Jesus! PS..I never told my 6 year old that she couldn't play with a couple of black neighbor kids or any other race…so I broke the cycle of racism with my kids!

  10. Sheesh! "I don't see color." Nothing wrong with noticing differences. It it what makes our humanity beautiful. However, I believe people (Black and Brown people) are mostly referring to a systematic racism built into our government and policing system. Not talking about this specific issue is Not going to make it go away. It will, however only contribute to the status quo. In the future please try to be more empathetic to the minority groups who are affected by this issue most (i.e. murdered, mass incarceration, ect.). Yes, I love Jesus, but as your brother in Christ we should be able to have an open and honest conversation about a subject that has resulted in MANY deaths of Black and Brown skin people. The notion of "I'm tired of hearing about racism" is very disheartening and EXTREMELY inconsiderate stance to have as a Pastor. You are called to put yourself in the other persons shoes.If you don't understand why Black and Brown people are talking about systematic racism than maybe you should ask us before you decide to dismiss our experience. God Bless you, I pray that you can hear my words with understanding.

  13. Pastor Jack you would make a great American President! Or at the very least a presidential advisor for upholding righteousness and justice! Even a judge on the SCOTUS! But I’m glad you’re just a humble shepherd feeding the flock. I can’t get enough of your sermons! I found your you tube channel a couple months ago and started at the beginning of your teaching on Isaiah I am now up to Isaiah 49 …The Servant Messiah…video # 81 and am trying to make my way to the current day so that I can finish Isaiah with the study group! I really love this in-depth study of Isaiah. Thers so much that I didn’t know being a student of the Bible, thank you for bringing everything into perspective as you always do as with other videos I’ve seen of yours! God bless you Pastor Jack!

  15. Thanks Jack for doing these and revealing God's Word concerning these issues. We still need to engage people in this world with truth and reason, even if they refuse to have reason. We need it for our own growth as well. Blessings and prayers for you and your family and your ministry Jack.
