What’s incorrect with loving the sinner, disliking the sin?
Dr. Christopher Yuan explains that although the phrase ‘love the sinner, dislike the sin’ makes good sense to Christians, this is not the very best thing to state to someone, particularly someone who identifies as gay. Dr. Yuan explains how when people hear this, it just sounds like we are saying that their entire individual is wicked to God. The very best way to reveal you love someone is not to say it, but simply to do it.
