Which Requires Consent: Puberty or Puberty Blockers?
How can a child understand the long-term risks and consequences of taking synthetic hormones that stop the body from producing testosterone and estrogen, thereby preventing puberty and maturation?

Without reference to higher moral authority, it's an equal playing field in the realm of morality (and power becomes the deciding factor).
Even your arguments that "healthy" or "normal" are what we ought to go with assume that there is a "should" in the first place. Without any obligation there is no "should" and morality (and reality) is simply a matter of personal opinion.
Well said 👏
You only have to provide consent if it’s something that gets in the way of your body displaying its objective design… makes perfect sense 🙄
