God does not condemn people to Hell so much as they are CLAIMED by the demonic realm. In our lives on this earth we make our decisions about who and what we believe and where we shall go going forward from right now – this very second… So therefore, we make our own decisions about where we will end up after we die; we make our allegiances, so to speak. Even after reading this short comment one must make a decision about how he feels about this subject. Do you believe the words of the Bible, of Jesus? Or do you believe it's all a bunch of hogwash? I have friends on both sides of the aisle. There's no condemnation; there's no enmity. We're all adults here – ready to "take our lickins'", you might say. Each of my friends has simply made his own choice in his own life about God. Each has already decided where he will spend eternity. None will be able to blame God if some of them end up in Hell for all eternity. That's on them. They all know what the Bible teaches, but they refuse to believe. So let it be written; so let it be done.
Could you please answer these questions for me please? What happens when you want god, but the bible and Christianity frightens me so much that I can't handle it. I was raised in a good home, by kind parents who taught me good morals, to love and to help others. To forgive, to be gentle, empathetic. 2 people who grew up poor and know the value of humbleness. A grandmother who was poor, but gave her heart and everything to others. She raised other people's children despite the hardships of her life. However, we are not from a strong religous or Christian background. But still, importantly from a strong family of kind and caring people who were taught to care for others, including animals. We currently have and still offer foster care to animals that need loving homes. My own parents have taken in children from dangerous home situations, helped and protected them. But because we arent' Christians, we deserve an eternity of torment and torture? There are so many amazingly kind and compassionate people in this world, that do the most extraordinary compassionate and caring things for others. But if they're not Christians – they deserve hell? I tried to find answers and guidance from Christianity. Do you know what I received? One pastor told me " That if I didn't listen to God, that God would punish me by killing one of my beloved horses." One of many horses that I have saved from abusive and neglectful circumstances. Do you think I deserve to be spoken to like that by a Christian? I also sought God and Christian counselling from another woman, who told me that "I can have demons attached to me, because I suffer from mental illness. I have OCD – Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and PTSD – Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. How damaging, traumatic and cruel do you think those experiences were for me? I'm a survivor of domestic violence and I was born with an already existing anxiety disorder. I already suffer from so much trauma, everyday is a serious struggle for me. I used to believe in god and jesus, but I didn't know that loving, kind people were sent to hell for not being Christians. I didn't expect to receive more trauma from a place where I was seeking comfort. I now suffer from an extreme fear of anything to do with Christianity, I worry and have nightmares about my passed love ones, suffering in hell. I worry about my loving parents and family going to hell, just because we are not Christians. So I sought out God and all I received was ill treatment from Christians who were supposed to help me. There is a passage in the bible that says " Those who know love, know God". Did anyone ever think that God can reach many people, in other ways. Other than the direct route of becoming a Christian? Because there are so many good people in this world, who care very much for others. I have to believe that. What is a world without any hope?
It’s funny how ppl in these comments are so assuming as if they know what goes on in the head of an ALL KNOWING higher being lol… u guys don’t even have half a brain to believe in a higher being let alone question no one… ☝️
nobody wants to go to hell Frank, people are ignorant, but the truth will set you free
Awesome.
My question is, what of the people who say they’ve been to hell and they were tortured? Are they lying? Or is Frank wrong?
Pretty sure all the Jews and Muslims wanted to go to heaven and wouldn’t have to be “forced” they just believe in the wrong Bible and realistically were just born in the wrong family but they certainly aren’t thinking they would rather have free will than be with God in heaven. So in that case God is rejecting people who wanted to be with him.
There was a choice God decided to make people just to torture them
Makes perfect sense, your saying a loving god can’t force you to love him but if you don’t he will send you to hell. Sounds like he is forcing you through scare tactics. Either way it’s all a bunch of fairy tales
i don't think we can talk about free will, if the other "choice" is burning in flames..
Wow this is right i was wondering who created hell that's why i was mad
According to your own doctrine, this seems like a dangerous teaching. Sinners go to hell, right? Pit of fire? Eternal lake of fire? Are you ignoring all that?
Turek is one of those apologists who discounts the idea that people can simply be dubious of the Bible and Christianity on intellectual grounds. It's always "they hate God" or "they want to be their own God"….because if he admits people can have serious critical questions of the validity of Christianity, then he admits there are things that honest people can question, not out of "hating God" or "not wanting God to rule their lives." It's one of the most pro-atheist arguments that the apologist can make…since it shows contempt for those who don't believe exactly as you do, by insulting them.
God wants to save all human beings. He tries to save us all, yet has failed about 93 – 95% of the time, depending on which Bible expert you ask. Thanks to the free will He gave us, most of the human beings He creates will suffer eternal torment. Christians, like Muslims, believe what they believe because they've been convinced to be terrified of what will happen to them if they don't.
So people don't believe in God separated why isn't there a middle ground not just an eternal punishment. What do the Japanese people have to do. With Christopher hitchens bad debate
I dont get this, i have been a christian in my whole life and i still dont get this, hell is not just a separate place from god its an eternal suffering for the rest of eternity because you have sinned or have didnt believe in him, why cant the people just be sent to a purgatory and not an eternal suffering? Wheres the justice isnt hell a place used to banish satan, hell terrified me as a christian because recently i have been reading the bible more and i have been losing faith when doing so and i am worried i might go to hell for being unsure, i dont want anyone to go to hell no one does it haunts me everyday
It wasn’t Jesus that said, “hey they have the prophets….in Moses….they wouldn’t believe even if someone else raises from the dead” it was father Abraham I thought?
God is good and must punish the wicked .
The dumbest thing this pastor has ever said is that people in hell dont want to get out. It exposes this nutcase as charlatan who thinks he has answers for everything. People burning in hell dont want to get out? Is this guy serious?
There's no such thing as hell, if there were, that would mean God's psychotic… People have a hard time with critical thinking and so if God, is the creator of everything you see, hear, taste touch-and-feel, then he has to create the hell and all the sins that go with it….People always say, well he gave us free will and so the choices we make and the consequences they have, are on us…. Again, you got to think it all the way through, so you're saying Gods an idiot and he doesn't know what's coming next, is he surprised by what we do with our free will? I mean, he has to create the free will and he has to create everything, that one could ever do, with his or her free will….
The Bible is just filled and I mean filled, with one nonsensical contradiction after another…. Why in the hell, LOL, can't people just take what all the religions have in common and leave it at that, which would be, there's Something Responsible and what they look like, what they're made of, where they come from and how many there are, nobody knows and that's 100% fact.
As a Christian, I don't agree with what is being said here. In our spiritually dead state, we do not choose God because that first presupposes there is something good in us. "No one is good but One, that is, God." Mark 10:18 – Jesus' words. And since there is nothing good in us, we are incapable of wanting God whatsoever. It is first God's grace to break the will of the ungodly person in order for him to desire to submit to God.
"Thus says The Lord: Behold, the corrupt doctrines of the churches of men have crept into every corner; near and far, the doctrine of hell and eternal torment is embraced by the people.
Yet I tell you the truth, this doctrine is a loathsome spot on every garment worn in the name of truth! A detestable wrinkle within the tapestry of My glory! A horrible interwoven thread by which those who call of themselves Christian pollute My name and mar My image before the people, propagating that which came forth from the mouth of the dragon!
THIS DOCTRINE IS EVIL! And must be opposed by all who have received the love of the Truth. For I have indeed spoken to this generation, even as I have spoken in all times past. For I AM THE LORD, The Light in whom there is no darkness at all."
~
"Thus says The Lord: Little flock, how is it you say within yourselves the way of The Lord is not equal? How is it you feel as though upon this servant I have poured a bounty, yet you remain desolate?
Beloved ones, by whose power were you called forth into existence? To whose joy were you created? By whose favor were you born into this world by way of water and blood? Therefore, again I say to you, who you choose is everything. For I do not withhold My love, yet on account of your flesh you do always step backward.
Consider the woman who touched My robes and was made whole. Tell Me, how is it that she received and you do not? Was she so highly favored, that she should receive and you should not? Beloved, come close and walk beside Me, for you are indeed highly favored! And all who grab hold of Me shall surely share in all that is Mine.
Little flock, My ways are equal, yet the ways of My people remain unequal. For I have indeed poured out My life for you, yet each one must decide how deeply they drink. Do you not see? My blessings are equal for all who receive of My blessings, and My grace sufficient for all who trust in Me.
Thus among those who come to Me, one is not favored over another, nor is My love bestowed by measure. Rather it is you who receive by measure, resisting on account of all these deceitful weights, trust which remains altogether lacking.
Therefore do not confuse My love with the calling I have purposed for another, nor compare the gifts of the Spirit with The Blessing. For those I have called to serve shall indeed be given gifts, each in accordance with their faith and My will. And those who receive the greater gifts shall also bear the greater burden, even in the heat of the Day.
Therefore, again I say to you,
The Lord’s ways are indeed equal,
Yet the ways of men remain unequal…
Yet those who grab hold of their First Love
With all their heart, with all their mind,
With all their strength and with all their soul,
Shall never go hungry, nor shall they thirst anymore;
Nor shall the heat of the noonday
Sun do them any harm…
Yea, even all their tears shall be wiped away
In the house of The Lord."

Or maybe I want God but can't commit to a religion and specifically christianity (because I can't believe it's actually true). Do I deserve hell??
in the mean while another pastor or some dude if you look up when was hell created saying hell is not a place 😂😂 christians plz make up your minde 😂😂😂😂 thats why i will never be a christians
I have an honest question. For the people that don’t want God right…is it their fault that they don’t want God because are we not born into sinful nature which is our natural desire? And then again we do have a choice so I feel a little conflicted about this, anyone got any ideas? I’d greatly appreciate it.
I was agreeing with everything until he said hell isn’t a place of external torment. Way too many people who have been there said they were tormented physically as well as internally. Nobody wants to be in Hell either. So now I am skeptical about this guy.. He is misleading people
This is some baby brained logic lol
Hell was originally made for Satan and his demons. Not for us humans as long as we have a choice.
Many people accept the idea of everyone goes to heaven, there is no hell, or we cease to exist when we die because that doesn't require any effort. Goodness as a matter of obeying the law and having a personal moral code makes you the god of your life. You are only responsible to be true to your beliefs and the community you belong to. It is the religion of those who say they have no religion. When there is no God, you are god. Everyone has a religion. It is how you classify it that is the difference.
HELL IS NOT ETERNAL CONSCIOUS TORMENT. Do your research ignorant peeps.
Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
If that's what hell is, then we're already living in hell. If Christianity were true, then hell(free will) honestly sounds better than heaven(no free will).
Ofc I don't believe in heaven or hell and I think religions are unreliable and harmful.
Starting on the wrong foundation that there is an after life makes everything that follows nonsensical.
Death ends life. That is what death means. No life in any form.
It was Satan that stated that humans will not die (Genesis 3:4).
This after life teaching is from Satan. It permeates all religions under his control.
Psalm 146:3 Do not put your trust in princes Nor in a son of man, who cannot bring salvation. 4 His spirit goes out, he returns to the ground; On that very day his thoughts perish.
