This is a good general statement. Make another video of real world examples would be even better.
This is salesmen's talk. If Christianity were really true, and any reasonable person could rationally know and accept it as true, then you wouldn't need to be "winsome" in order to convince people; you would just provide the evidence and let reason do the rest, just like school teachers don't need to be "winsome" to convince kids that 2 plus 2 equals 4.
I have to remember Satan uses people as pawns. We always want to have a heart for lost people.
I totally hear what you're saying. How about a video with specific ideas and examples of what this looks like? Would you consider doing that?
