Isnt HR1 sort of supposed to give 'congress Absolute power over federal decisions' …im pretty sure that's such a violation to the original agreement that every state could leave without consequence ,not just Texas. Because at that point they've made the original agreement into toilet paper.
No patriot who puts country over party could possibly oppose the For The People Act because it simply provides LONG OVERDUE reforms by making our democracy more:
ACCESSIBLE: With Automatic voter registration
SECURE: With paper ballots and a ban on foreign-made voting machines
REPRESENTATIVE: by ending voter suppression through gerrymandering, a crooked practice where politicians stifle your vote (both Democrats AND Republicans do this. It is disgusting!
TRANSPARENT: by ending dark money and making large donations traceable
FAIR: Ends surprise voter roll purges
ETHICAL: Introduce a code of ethics to the Supreme court. Right now the USSC is the only court that doesn't have a code of ethics!
JUST: by allowing felons who've finished their sentences to vote once again
FUNCTIONAL: by ending gridlock which prevents the FEC from doing its job.

This report is so dishonest and disingenuous. A string of out-and-out lies and misinformation. Goodness! Do your own research from reliable/peer-reviewed sources and across the political spectrum, including international reports and, particularly, primary (original) sources. Then decide for yourself based on accurate information. Getting big money (i.e., huge companies, billionaires) out of our electoral systems is good everyone, including observant Christians families ,real conservatives, as well as liberals – – in others words, regular Americans. Getting money out of politics, allow the people to decide. Other democratic countries know this; so should we. It's only the billionaires and massive corporations that benefit from this bunk.
Voting and election laws need to be looked at before the next election. There should be equal participation from all parties to eliminate cheating in the precincts. HR 1 the People's Act (Gag Act) will be a NIGHTMARE.
Democrats: "Oh my god, they found out about the fraud. We should have hired professionals instead of all those useful idiots. Next time we'll get our buddies at the Fed to do it, they're the champs at being sneaky".
Having the FBI oversee the elections will really help a lot, since they aren't bias at all, seeing how they plotted against President Trump for 5 years. If the Democrats love it, then you know it's a new way of cheating and rigging the system.
