I have only one problem…the preparation cannot simply be a parroting of ideas. I think knowing them is good, but knowing God and being able to hear God through your enemies is also essential
Schedule the fights…good idea!
So you agree that Christianity is an idea.
The truth usually doesn't need to be defended because we know what is true based on verifiable evidence but usually lies do need to be defended or anything without enough evidence where belief is warranted
😮 my daughter turned 7! I have talked to her very little about why she believes what she does…
This message completely change the way I’m going to approach parenting for my kids.
Thank you.
Hahaha, Knock knock – can I talk to you about Jesus?
Fantastic!
That's funny I can just imagine the look on their face 😅.
This is what made a HUGE difference in my life. When I became a Christian at the U of MN at the end of my junior year through Campus Crusade for Christ, my Action Group leader took me out sharing my faith EVERY WEEK. I got to see him answering questions and objections and I got super motivated to be able to answer them myself, especially when I then started having my own group of 3 guys and taking them out EVERY WEEK to share their faith. it was risky and exciting and I "grew like a weed." A great time in my Christian life and lots of "war stories" to tell to other Christians. And I have seen the same thing happen with other college students that I have worked with since then. ACTIVE Christianity is so much more fun, exciting and motivating than passive Christianity.
