  14. I wonder what it means that the antichrist will "confirm" a covenant. I don't know what the Hebrew word translated "confirm" is, but it's like an accord will be established and, as all other accords will get messy. Then the antichrist will step in and firmly establish the agreement allowing for no opposition and then breaks it himself at the half way mark

  16. As a Christian there is never a time for war.
    Jesus said resist Not evil., Love thy neighbour, Love your enemies. God's people are sheep and little children.
    Be compassionate above all else.
    Be at peace with all men. Christians are intercessors for Israel and the Gentiles. Many do what they do out of ignorance and unbelief.
    Throughout the Bible God makes reference to the fact that war is a consequence of the wrath of God and intercessors try to calm God's wrath by prayer, fasting and sackcloth.
    God said many times that he stirred up adversaries to Israel because of disobedience.
    God holds the hammer, the axe, the sword, the rod and the staff and judges with wars famine pestilence and plagues.
    Jonah, Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel were watchmen warning of impending war if people did not change their ways.
    When Jonah was cast into the water the storm was calmed. I think this is a reference to the fact that people promoting the gospel cause God to calm the waters / people /tumult.

  18. I think you and Jimmy have a different approach on the Psalm 83 so called war. Andy Woods and Don Stewart have the proper view on this I believe . Wondering as this book you both worked on has to touch on this passage from close if compared with the past history of Israel.
