It's not only the rush at the border but they've told landlords they cannot evict anyone during the china virus pandemic so people have been living rent free all this time while landlords are getting paid by someone. I have no idea what part of the stimulus package those payments have been generated from. When you hear people don't want to return to work – that's why. Everything has been made free all this time.
