I study Hebrew, and "Rosh" in Hebrew means "head of, Chief of". Like speaking of the head of a river or the head of a people, Chief. So "nasiy' rosh" in Hebrew (Ezekiel 38:2) means "Chief Prince". Rosh isn't a nation. Now, speaking of Ezekiel 38, it states that Togarmah is the armies of the most remote north, according to verse 6. If Gomer is agreed across the board as being the coastline, aka the Cimmerians who are of the Scythian peoples, then Togarmah must be even further north than Gomer.
Also, Magog is translated as "Land of the Mountains" which definitely fits Turkey more than anyone. Hope you don't mind my comment! This is really great work!

As far as I can see, the only bible version that mentions Russia (Rosh) is the NKJV. Not even the KJV or the Amplified say anything about Rosh. Magog is clearly Turkey, yet people constantly claim it is Russia. Please tell me where in the bible it says that because Ezekiel 38 does NOT mention Russia at all. Bible scholars have recently confirmed that Rosh in the NKJV is used as a reference to Gog being leader because this word also means that. Please clarify because many people are confusing others saying Russia have these plans when there is no biblical evidence for this as far as it can be seen. Thank you.

Meshech and Tubal were located in what we know as the Turkey/Armenian region. Turkey leads the coalition. Russia is involved as part of the northern most regions but does not lead the coalition. Turkey is what is left of the old Ottoman Empire and is trying to regain influence again over the middle east. Simply check the maps of the area throughout biblical time with the link above. Meshech and Tubal were located in what we know as Turkey today would is Islamic and linked to Allah. So it would make perfect sense that the Gog would be Muslim just as Eze 38-39 shows by referencing Gog as the leader of Meshech and Tubal.

The Lord Will Restore Israel

At the conclusion of the Gog war Israel returns to the Lord and God has poured His spirit out upon the house of Israel. This provides us with the timing of the Ezekiel battle we see in Eze 38-39. The things written about the end of this Gog battle only occur at the end of the last 7 years.
Watch Turkey to guarantee peace in the middle east at some point in the future establishing a new version of the Ottoman Empire which provided a peaceful middle east during their previous reign. Turkey is the last remaining portion of the Ottoman Empire which was defeated during WW1 by the British.
