'In this sense, the theory of the Communists may be summed up in the single sentence: Abolition of private property.'
'The distinguishing feature of Communism is not the abolition of property generally, but the abolition of bourgeois property. But modern bourgeois private property is the final and most complete expression of the system of producing and appropriating products, that is based on class antagonisms, on the exploitation of the many by the few.

to understand Communism you need to study property relations throughout human history. The ownership of property by capitalists is essential for their exploitation of others and it is un-democratic as well.
Che committed atrocities? Did Bastistas thugs commit atrocities? Some of the later recieved a Revolutionary trial and were executed. But, all of a sudden, the capitalists find that unacceptable, what hypocrites they are. Of course when the USA does that's acceptable? lol
'Do you want you landlord to be a private citizen with little power or a government official with the ability to take away your personal property and freedom by force? '
So are you saying it's a question of power, a question of degree? I favour neither option. The state ought to have a duty to provide housing to it's citizens. This does happen to an extent in NZ, however, rent still must be paid to the state. This is wrong. Free-housing should be provided on the basis of need not profit.
i don't want any landlords. Government allows landlords (false aristocracy) to oprerate. How do you feel about the sick, disable, and dying, being forced to pay thousands to these sharks?
This happens all over the world -and in new zealand of course. I know for a fact, many of these landlords are incredibly wealthy & and own properties elsewhere.
However you define the word "exploitation"; when it concerns landlords, this is the essence of what they do
Free of exploitation, which form of government does not exploit its citizens more than the private sector ever could?
At least a land lord can only dissolve the business relationship he has with you.
Government can and will put you in jail if you do not do what you are told.
Do you want you landlord to be a private citizen with little power or a government official with the ability to take away your personal property and freedom by force?
"private property rights"? Really?
Yes,. thats the central tent of the capitalist exploitation system. The libertarian right to buy private property then use it to exploit others, eg system of Landlordism.
Do you ever think there might be a negative right: ie. all citizens shall be free from exploitation? Did this ever cross the minds of those dam capitalists?
