The world lost a great man of faith on Tuesday. Christian evangelist and best-selling author Ravi Zacharias lost his battle with cancer, passing away at his home in Atlanta. Zacharias spent his adult years fighting for religious liberty and defending Christianity. He discovered his own faith after a failed suicide attempt at the age of 17. Glenn sat down with Ravi in 2014, and the two discussed human suffering, life, and God’s plan for us all.

I did not accept Christ as my savior until my mid-twenties, but early in my life was drawn to comic books…and looking back , the struggle between good and evil depicted set it in my heart to want to be one of the good guys. Captain America was my favorite, and the Hulk—even when the Hulk was in his rage, he was guided towards fighting what was evil. Jesus, the ultimate hero we can aspire to!
