Hans von Spakovsky is an authority on a wide variety of problems– consisting of civil liberties, civil justice, the First Amendment, migration, the standard of law and federal government reform– as a senior legal fellow in The Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. As manager of the think tank’s Election Law Reform Initiative, von Spakovsky also research study studies and writes about job financing constraints, resident fraud and voter ID, enforcement of federal ballot rights laws, administration of elections and ballot equipment standards.
