We are called to be part of the first fruits, His victory over the evil that HE overcame, not as babes but as knowledgeable heirs of His righteousness to be established in earth by mature sons and daughters, praising Him for giving us His love and authority to stand in His name as conquerors, not as babies.

  15. While the dull ear hears a baby babbling, there is much more a child is expressing. God finds pleasure in the infant, and understands the will to express.
    There is to be caution in our words, as God is not praising incoherence here, He is the God who understands when praise is voiced.

  19. That translation in Psalm 8 takes away the glory from Christ… The KJV phrase "son of man" is CRUCIAL because that is what Jesus frequently called Himself in the gospels. Additionally, the Hebrew writers in chapter 2 verse 6 were referencing this Scripture when they said "Jesus was made a little lower than the angels FOR THE SUFFERING OF DEATH…"

    As someone who read the ESV for two years straight and USED to love it, I can tell you with full honesty before God that these Modern Variations are CORRUPT. I can't stand the ESV anymore. I am ashamed to have once believed that it is the Word of God. Bible Project, pleeeeaaassseee reconsider your textual basis for these videos.

    (I understand that the ESV wasn't used here, I am just illustrating how my paradigm has made impressive modifications over the course of this past year)
