For the sake of the argument, I’ll grant both total depravity and biblical inerrancy. Everyone still has to interpret the text for themselves, and obviously, these vary widely.

so be it….many claim that we have some internal goodness, we all must develop. Paul says we are ALL desperately wicked, accusing, and accusing ourselves, comparing ourselves. Stop promoting your own righteousness, and turn to Jesus, for the righteous life, you could NEVER live. There is no "good" version of your life. You don't want to stand before Jesus, clothed in your own righteousness.

There's no such thing as "progressive Christianity" or "progressive Christians." These are Leftists pretending to be Christians. They are Christ rejecting, unregenerate people.
It's a shame so many have hardened their hearts, they hate a caricature they made rather than know the True God. Pray for them. God is a loving God who offers hope.
