Pastime Lobby, owned by the Greens, and Conestoga Wood Specialties, owned by the Hahns, argue that the Obama administration is requiring them to cover abortion-inducing drugs in worker health insurance– despite the reality that they object based on their faiths. The option, they say, is to pay fines of approximately $100 per worker daily.
The Foundry’s Jackie Anderson reports from Washington on the argument over spiritual liberty.
