As manager of the think tank’s Election Law Reform Initiative, von Spakovsky also studies and writes about campaign finance restrictions, voter fraud and voter ID, enforcement of federal voting rights laws, administration of elections and voting equipment standards.

HR-1 is designed to give Democrats a lock on every election going forward. If we didn't see enough dirty rotten manipulation of elections last year, it just keeps getting worse. We are riding the wave of a new form of corruption like never seen before.
If this past election was legitimate, why are they (note: All Democrats, no Republicans) so eager to pass this bill?
