As manager of the think tank’s Election Law Reform Initiative, von Spakovsky also studies and writes about campaign finance restrictions, voter fraud and voter ID, enforcement of federal voting rights laws, administration of elections and voting equipment standards.

    The Constitution simply states that "The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations"

  9. I don't know why these people hate for Trump has blinded them from seeing the cheating in this election. The media lied to them for 3 years about Russia and 4 years about Trump. And they can not see all the great things he did for us and the world. No one ever called Trump a racist until he became president. He helped blacks and minorities more then he helped anyone else. Joe Biden says racist things all the time but the media twist it around and covers it up. We can never trust another election as long as there is a democrat party. They lie they steal from taxpayers on a regular basis and even when they are caught nothing is done. What's wrong with you democrat backers.

  10. Friends we have a serious problem. Because of all these judges rulings on party lines we have a crisis. Their suppose to rule non bias and fairly but they're not. The judges, governors and the state legislators are being Co Hurst with fear if they dont. It's becoming a big problem. We have one day voting in our history virus or no virus there were way around it without mail in ballots. Where is the Constitution being held up for this. We have a crisis going on in America and the Democrats are controlling it from all sides of the spectrum.

It will be just like when the Dems get a super majority in the house and senate, the rules are changed to favor the state party and the opposition may as well not even bother to come in to town. ALSO, you can not change election rules over night because of a "HEALTH SCARE", the constitution, does not make exceptions, for the way things MUST BE DONE , so the entire election was illegal and should not count.
