  4. My high school told me and my buddy that we couldnt write about abortion or objective morality for our research paper. We were supposed to write a persuasive research paper and present it to the class. We could write about all sorts of weird topics but nothing controversial. We wrote on those topics anyway and took it to the principal, they eventually agreed that it was OK for us to do it. We were threatened with a failing grade but we ended up passing. That was approx 2013-2014 in Mabank, TX. The English teacher was pretty upset, she gave us her own rebuttal on her notes in our papers.

  7. It amazes me that they put "Abortion "health" Information" here. I would bet money if it were from the opposite side they "would NOT" do the same in favor of life. I expect they would double down on death.

  13. This is excellent. I am very much anti-abortion and I agree we should preach the Bible and point out the evils of abortion. For this reason, I don't see how any anti-abortion and pro-Christian can support Trump. This is what Trump said about abortion on Fox News: "Abortion is all about the will of the people. You must follow your heart, or in many cases your religion or your faith. Do what’s right for your family and do what’s right for yourself." This is an indisputably pro-choice/pro-abortion statement. I don't need to describe the level of Trump's moral depravity in every other area of his life. Everyone knows that. All of the policy disagreements I may have with Harris pail in comparison to the total moral depravity of Trump.

  15. What a breath of fresh air!!! It’s really not a difficult subject, like all of the other sins. “ What does the Scripture say?” That is the inspired Word of God! Not popularity! In fact, quite the opposite! Thank you for being valiant and not a coward!

  19. Yes sadly the side effects of seeing abortion pics is desensitization to the morose activity…but with God's strength…we still maintain empathy… to bring facts to help change minds, and save lives.

  24. Prolife here. Our country is falling apart part. Trump is the only one w guts. However, this topic does not apply to all. We don’t have control over our candidates. We can only vote what is more conservative. Look at RFK. Love his stuff. Pro choice. But he is better and closer to most issues. Not a lot of control. Ex. If we chose one who is strong pro choice but better on other stuff as a whole, the other terrible but pro life. We can only use common sense as we have 0 control on who runs

    I was shocked to see the Lutheran ECLA’s long list where they allowed abortions! Leave now and stop funding the killing of God’s children!

  27. So grateful that you had Seth on! I am desperate to know what the church north of Seattle that Seth mentioned is. I am a born and raised north Seattle gal, and I have NEVER heard a pastor speak against abortion from the pulpit. I'd love to know where there is a solid, fearless, bible preaching church in my area.

  29. I will admit that I was a Christian that would say pro-life for me but they could be pro-choice and since being pregnant and having my son I’ve completely changed my mind and am anti-abortion. This episode just opened my eyes even more and my children will definitely know the truth of this. I can’t be complacent anymore especially on subjects like this. I’m sharing this and I hope Seth comes to New England cause we need him over here.

  32. I am so thankful for people like Allie who keep talking about the church's need to preach all of the gospel. This is the first I've heard of Seth, but I absolutely love him and his work! I just listened to Shepards for Sale, and I'm fired up to spread the truth in my church about my denomination's lack of standing for God's truth.

  33. I haven’t been able to get over my disappointment in the church’s reaction and response to the shut downs. I was raised S Baptist (70s) and at that time, they did not shy away from talking to kids about hell, the second coming, scary stuff for kids. I knew all that as a small child.

    So I could not understand why all these churches of every flavor capitulated to the overlords and allowed themselves to be shut down. And why they didn’t immediately see the potential correlation between the restrictions and shots and the mark of the beast.

    All I can say is fear. I have a very hard time believing that they did not see the parallels. Where were these men of God who we always believed would stand up when the time came? It’s like they pretended not to see it.
    Maybe they were afraid of the conversation and possible fractures that probably would result.

    So yeah, that’s my feelings on the modern day evangelical church. It feels more like a social club than a vehicle of worship and obedience.

  34. The best part is when it was correctly pointed out that these are Genesis 1 issues.

    The current church lost its way when it decided not to push back against evolution.

    If your church is willing to compromise on the word of God from the beginning then why would it stand up for the word of God anywhere else.

The truth came from inside, not from a pulpit or moral teaching. Where I failed was not sharing in my college university newspaper, when abortion became law.
