What It Means to Love God With “All Your Heart”
Different cultures have different conceptions of the human heart, what it is and what it does, and the biblical authors are no exception. In this video, we’ll explore the ancient Hebrew words for “heart” as well as the different ideas of what our hearts represent. There is no biblical word that captures better the essence of human thought, feeling, and desire than this rich and wonderful word.

I learned what it means to 'circumcise your heart'. Your heart has a ring of very hard chalky fat sitting around the top of it. If someone is proud they are seeking to enlarge themselves over others. The easiest way to enlarging oneself is done putting on fat So if fat symbolizes pride then circumcising ones heart means to humble oneself and cutting pride from your heart. It makes so much sense! This revelation is one my most cherished answers to my prayers for understanding. I hope it blesses others as it has blessed me.
Kelly is not a good person to be a happy birthday in the world and have a great experience
AMEN
So beautiful’ Thank you, this really helped! 🙏
despite the brokenness and hardness of our hearts help us Lord to love you more and teaches to do so everyday!
💎
Amen
You have my whole hearted "Thank you" for your teaching.
My Heart is broken for a lost church and world. Rev 13:11-16 is America. Two horns "like a lamb"? Jesus is the Lamb. Right-wing Christians and Catholics are destroying the country. The Image of the Beast is right in front of you, bringing false prophets and thieves. Turn off the world and turn on Jesus! 2Thess2:11 is now. Trump is lawless, the church is fallen. Rev 18:4 is calling. First America burns then it's Iran's turn. See Zech 14
Thank you for an uplifting and wonderful video! I love the Bible verses about our heart. I also have been pondering this, as I composed a piano solo 3 years ago (released December 2021) called "Each Heart" about the joy that every living thing will feel when the Savior reigns on the earth for 1,000 years.
Hey
Great video Thankyou. Modern church completely lost this context, so good to hear this
Breaks my heart Jews still do not accept Jesus Christ as their lord and saviour. They clearly have hardened hearts and haven't learnt anything from history. How can they know the bible yet not follow it's words. Heartbreaking pray for them and all non believers and those brainwashed into false gods. Come to the light and leave the darkness
Absolutely wonderful– such valuable and well presented insights. Thank you!

Thank you for these videos. They truly are amazing! I pray they reach people who do not know Our Lord Jesus, or he is not their Personal Savior…..yet. Abundant blessings! ❤️🙏❤️

If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. 24 Whoever does not love me does not keep my words. And the word that you hear is not mine but the Father's who sent me. (John 14:23-24 ESV)
Whoever says “I know him” but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him, 5 but whoever keeps his word, in him truly the love of God is perfected. By this we may know that we are in him. (1 John 2:4-5 ESV)

Romans 10:10
For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
Isaiah 60
"Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.
2 See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you.
3 Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.
4 “Lift up your eyes and look about you: All assemble and come to you; your sons come from afar, and your daughters are carried on the hip.
Loving God is keeping his Commandments. Exodus 20:6, 1 John 5:3.
Loving God with all our hearts is obeying the Torah to the best of our ability.
You guys are awesome
Loving God, is the first 4 of the commandments, or I'll eat my broccoli.
Want to see paradise?
Keep the commandments.
Mt. 19:17.
Yall really put your foot in this one
In order to love God with all your heart, its remaining impure motives, which oppose the things of God, must be removed. This reguires ongoing 'circumcisions'.
Since we most often don't even know what impure motives remain, we need their revelation, then godly sorrow & remorse for them, then repentance, then deliverance. While I discuss these things in detail in X, suffice it here to say the above steps are Grace upon Grace upon Grace. Our part is to tarry in the loving Presence of God at the feet of Jesus (Lk. 10:39, 42), proactively committed to having God perform His circumcisions on us at whatever cost, and He will take it from there. We've nothing more important to do.
Great video….but how???… How do you devout it all to Him?
Especially in an environment where it's obvious that your being used ….and to top it all off ….not even in a nice way either…..but in a kind of way that's like " give us what we want…and afterwards, sit down and shut up" ….yeah…that best sums up my experience!
Also….how do you devout the failure to Him?
Sorry….a lot of issues, God can't say I didn't try
🤲
I don’t know about that comparing the heart and the brain as organs is correct AT ALL!! Making claim that the Israelites believed thought originated in the heart doesn’t seem correct. Any literature on that???? We today don’t know where consciousness occurs fully and the talk about the heart in the Bible is 100% true in the context of its use. It’s context is NOT as a substitute for the brain out of some ignorance as you seem to claim here.
