The problem of suffering (not to be confused with evil) is one that is extremely commonly cited for why people leave Christianity. I propose this might be the weakest argument for Christianity, as Christianity must defend itself. Suffering probably makes the sense under atheism in a universe that has no higher power that cares about well being, especially when one doesn't make baseless assertions that limit God's power to act.
Probably the strongest, based on what many cite as the reason for belief, is the case for morality. Without God there's no higher power to dictate morality, and people want there to be a higher power for morality.
