Money to build in the USA is money to improve infrastructure & create more jobs. But the government wants to be the only employer these days. Maybe they gift them the money so when we rebuild it they pay us back with our own money, but the people building back are the very companies people in government invest in – so they use tax payer funds to invest in themselves with the false premise it's for our betterment.
