Mike Gonzalez, senior fellow at the Douglas and Sarah Allison Center for Foreign Policy, spent close to 20 years as a journalist, 15 of them reporting from Europe, Asia and Latin America. He left journalism to join the administration of President George W. Bush, where he was speechwriter for Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Christopher Cox before moving on to the State Department’s European Bureau, where he wrote speeches and Op-Eds.

I live in the UK. Over here BLM movement seems to have gone very quiet following the George Floyd killing and a few BLM "protests" so I started to follow the news in America out of interest. I came across this book while searching on Facebook. Amazon UK had it advertised on Kindle and in book form prior to the publishing date. It suddenly was not available in book form for a few weeks before appearing for sale at a price of around £26.00. (30 dollars or so?). I bought it from another on line bookstore 25% cheaper.
I am impressed with the research Mike has carried out and his book should be a "Must Read" for anyone concerned about BLM. The UK is sleepwalking over the issue but our gvment has just reminded our Education authorities Politics (CRT) must not be taught in the curriculum, I dont hold my breath. I am also going to ask my local library to purchase it in the hope that some members of the public will come across it and read it. Thanks Mike.
