Why doesn’t the Church seem interested in “apologetics”? Why is it so difficult to write on this topic? In this video, J. Warner joins Mike Licona (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K467hEKJwWc&t=1s) to discuss how they write, the burden of proof, and the spiritual discipline of prayer.

Mr. Wallace,
I just wanted to thank you for what you are doing with your ministry. Your perspective and approach are a major benefit to me and have encouraged me to share the evidence for the truth in Gods word. I am a Firefighter in WV and have great appreciation for the police that I frequently see on calls. In many ways the guys I work with in my profession are cut from the same cloth. I have a burden to show them the evidence that Christ exists and cares about them. Your work has enabled me to interact with them in a meaningful way and to be able to express it confidently. When I found your work, as well as Gary Habermas and Lee Strobel, it’s like a well was opened that furthered my desire to give a defense for my faith. Your obedience to Christ is worthwhile and I just felt led to tell you how you have impacted me in this world that is increasingly demanding answers for the faith we have. Keep on encouraging people like me and know that it does make a difference. I hope to meet you one day and thank you in person but for now, this is the best I can do. Have a blessed day and thank you again!
Mike, it was an honor meeting you this weekend at Valley Baptist's apologetics conference.
… that's a… brilliant way to have a conversation.
… Just two men walking with Christ
Mike has that kindness and Jim's a tough cop – 2 indispensable features in apologetics: kindness and toughness
In life we always have to consider who we'd be inclined to share a couple of pints with: these two will always be on my list…
Thank you
Kind regards Kim
Amen!! I'm so glad you have your own channel.
Love always my brother in Christ.🍂✝️🍂🦃
Two great Appologists 👍
Before I watch, I believe it’s because many of us do not desire to know what we believe. We just want to believe and that’s it. There’s so much to know in our faith and it’s pretty exciting to know it! Sometimes it’s overwhelming, sometimes it brings you to repentance, and some is just like a “wow” moment! Our God has graced us so much with resources. While we’re here, we should definitely take advantage of that and learn as much as we can.
So true, love you book.
