Areas Untouched by Coronavirus Should Re-Open Sooner | Dr. Kevin Pham
Reopening the country requires a delicate balance between public health measures meant to save lives and the American people who live them. Most of the cases in the country are concentrated in several key hot spots, and they should not dictate a continued lockdown for the rest of the country.
Even in these hot spots, testing has increased while cases either remained level or even decreased. In most communities, schools and businesses should reopen with restraints on large gatherings. In hot spots, or places evidence suggest are at risk of becoming hot spots, governors should implement better, more targeted mitigation efforts. Lifting restrictions won’t mean a sudden flurry of high-risk behaviors, but it will allow those who are confident in their safety to resume at least some part of their livelihoods and help get the economy back on track.
The American people have demonstrated that they will change their behavior and do their part to limit the spread of disease.
Dr. Kevin Pham joined the Lars Larson Show on May 13, 2020, to discuss how we can balance public health while safely re-opening the country.
Pham is a medical doctor, contributor to The Daily Signal, and a former graduate fellow in health policy at The Heritage Foundation.

For democrats – the incubation period of the virus is precisely the amount of time it takes to decimate small business in the US.
I do not hear anything about Crispr. Is this bias decision making?
