This is just people that have been told "God is real, I represent God, do as I say" trying to come to terms with the fact that its all BS! Its just a way to funnel resorses back to Egypt. Theyve all been trained whith Egyptian ritual sacrafice to be obedient and pay the tax and are realising the system isnt fair, but they can't queston god so the have to change how they view reality. Really, there just slaves under this system of belief.
Amen
Wow… So, here is the actual point of JOB from a Christian perspective;
First of all, how can Job be blameless in God's sight if we know that all have fallen short of the glory of God and no one is righteous, not even one?
Well, obviously, we can presume that Job kept the law, right? But Job comes before the Mosaic law so… what then?
It has to be FAITH. Much like Abraham, who's FAITH was credited to him as righteousness before the law, Job was faithful and obedient.
Next; God allowed Satan to test Job because, why?… Because He, God, KNEW Job's heart, and He TRUSTED him. Think about that. God trusted His servant Job. He trusted Him so much, that He used Him to make the devil look a fool. He knew that even if Satan did his worst to Job, Job would not fail the LORD and would not curse God.
Interestingly, if we consider this from the perspective of the Jewish people who would have handed this story down in oral tradition, the very word, or the name, "Job", translates as "hated". The Jews have long been a hated people, and specifically for their faith in God.
So NOW, as Christians, with the Jewish people having rejected the cornerstone, the Messiah, Yeshua, Jesus; that leaves Christ's followers, Christians, in the position of being "hated" for HIS, Christ's, namesake. We are now hated for our faith, and God is trusting us not to curse or fail Him as the Devil throws everything He's got at us. God knows we, His chosen, His servants whom He now calls Friends, will choose Him over this world and conforming to its image.
In addition, It is interesting to note that Job's three friends were chastised by the Lord for what essentially amounted to legalism and useless condescending, condemning "help" they offered Job. Job was counciled directly by the LORD before He was restored and redeemed. Yet, a child, a youth, a young person, Elihu, which means, "My God is He", speaks the truth to all four of the other men and basically mic-drops then walks off and if you look carefully, you will notice that Elihu is NOT corrected or called out like Job, Zophar, Eliphaz, and Bildad. So… yeah. Don't reject or ignore people because of their youth or gender etc… When the Holy Spirit speaks, listen up.
The point is not that God is going to give you everything your flesh ever desired because you went through some trials. It is so much more than that. I leave it to you who are blessed enough to have read this whole diatribe, to digest and consider and learn.
God bless you and keep you.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
Am movie I watched was "SHIFT". 2024,. This guy talking "shifts" our ideaas.

Thank you, I find these overview summaries extremely helpful in preparing to read the bible.
I wonder if the Behemoth was representative of the largest animal to walk the earth. Its tail was like a cedar tree, so possibly the largest of all land dinosaurs, I believe.
Thanks again to the Bible Project Crew 🙏🏾
valuable lesson, made me tear up a bit. Things are not designed to avoid suffering, that place would be called heaven. We must trust God, for He knows what He's doing.
I’ve been trying to study Job for a while now and this just helped in my understanding, thank you 😊
I’ve read this book multiple times and never thought to look up its meaning until my fiancé told me about this video. It has helped me understand it so much clearer. Thank you!
What an amazing video…subbed, will watch more!
What an amazing illustration and explanation. I love this channel! Keep up the great work ❤
I've had the life of Job. It is now called being spiritually attacked, or a Targeted Individual. I, very fortunately, am not attacked electronically by implants, but it has been a constant struggle. I trust that 2024 will change that. I've been seriously tribulating since 2017, and April's eclipse ends my Tribulation, and that of TI's all over. We are the Wayshowers and will soon find our rewards.
So does God just let children get cancer, or purposely give them cancer to build character?
Job had a problem with fear. He later had to say "what I greatly feared came apon me". So maybe this is teaching how fear can destroy your life??
One blick tony 0:10 cause u wanted credit for my accomplishments but, u dnt want to take credit for pedophiles and sex offenders 0:56

One thing i know is that God seems amazing as God is.
My last name is Jobes. My last name descends from Job. I live in the United States, commonly referred to as the US. The story of Job is eerily a reflection of my life. God is good and just. I am but his humble servant.
The book of job was one of the first books written. That is the reason why it doesn’t have Israelites or Jews mentioned in the book. There was no Israel yet at the time of the writing. Therefore there was no law yet. This is the time period in which people would sacrifice to God directly because they did not have priests or a temple yet. God would have spoken through angels or animals and that’s how the people at the time knew what to do for sacrifices and “rules” so to speak
It’s so amazing how the faithful will gloss over clear absurdities and contradictions in the Bible and do mental backflips to explain them as though they are some convoluted way of conveying a deeper message.
Amen, we truly do not have the perspective or understanding to claim anything against God. Everyday we are grateful that God loves us and ultimately has mercy on those who surrender their hearts to his Son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
You guys really did a good…. JOB…. On this one!!! 😃😃😃😃😃
That is good drawing 👍
DSP brought me here.
Whoever you are author, thank you for what you do, mind blown. Blessed be the name of the Lord!!!
what is satan doing in heaven?
My question is why does God think he can just replace Job's dead children with new children and this is supposed to just make everyone ok? You can't replace children
I guess the thing to take away from Job's suffering is that it isn't God targeted him and decided to wreck his livelihood. It all comes down to "The world is stupidly big and it's complicated. Good things will come and go, so you must stay firm in your belief in the lord to come out on top of it all." I respect that. I'm scared sometimes and I wonder if God cares, but I know now that there is nothing to fear and the almighty God is always watching.
As with all scripture, Job can only be best understood in light of the life & death of Jesus. He is a type of Job in the sense that he also suffered unjustly. His friends also let him down in his time of need, and eventually he too was vindicated like Job.
In light of this we should look to Jesus' response to suffering & distress. He never accuses God of being unjust, but at the same time is not hesitant about asking for a way of escape. Ultimately, though, Jesus accepts God's will once he's certain of the path, knowing that in the end he'll be vindicated and rewarded. I like that. We should never give up on asking God for justice and recompense… but always according to his will, not ours.
This interpretation is a little problematic. The book of Job shows that Satan is the reason for much of our suffering.
Thank you! Well done!
Job is such a good book
The ‘SaTan’ 😭😭😭😭😭😂
Thank you for you being you❣️
The problem of evil in an atheist world is that it just is. It is just evil. It is just cruel. Accepting God means accepting that it doesn't have to be evil. It doesn't have to be cruel. It can just be. You can accept the bad things, because you are grateful that you are human enough to perceive them as bad. That means you have wisdom, a soul. All of these things are going to happen – famine, disease, death. But if you blame the actors in this world or even yourself, you're not seeing the full picture. You could find the director of the act you play and see the world as a story with themes and lessons, not abject and irrational suffering. And the best part about adopting this belief is that it will come true the stronger you believe it. You can act better in line with your role now.
Enjoyed!
Is there somewhere I can go to and download the “notes” from the video?
JOB WAS AND ISRAELITE READ THE BOOK JAMES >>>>James 5:10-11 (KJV) Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.
Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy. Read the whole chapter of James 5: on down.
It’s our human nature to ask why even as a widow
Does Joel Olsteen know this book? He seems to have the mentality like the three friends about good things happen to good people, like isn't that prosperity preaching?
Incredible and just what I needed to hear and understand about the book of Job and Gods character.
The end of the book of Job is so profound and beautiful in an exhausting and emotional way that leaves me wanting to draw closer to God and His Majesty. ✨❤️✨🥹✨❤️✨
What is the point of the satan bit at the start? Seems like the book would work without that bit, and that bit is problematic as it suggests that Job and his families misfortune is all so god can prove a point to satan.
WOOOOOO I got chills with that last part "When we try to search for reasons, we tend to either simplify God– like the friends– or like Job– accuse God– but based on limited evidence"
Great video! Job frustrates me no end. To begin with i don`t even understand what Satan is doing at the heavenly court. Why does God not send him where belongs? And why is he interested in Satan`s opinion? For some unfathomable reason he seems to think it necessary to convince Satan of Job`s character. To "win" what feels like a stupid bet he gives Job in Satan`s hands not once but twice even though he knows he is blameless and even though he knows the outcome, because God is omniscient, right?
This would all be fine and dandy if God wouldn`t emphasize again and again throughout the bible how he is a god a mercy and justice.
It is true that neither Job nor his "friends" or any human can really understand God, but unlike Job and his "friends" we know from his own words in the first chapters of the book that Job is blameless and God tormented him for no good reason at all.
To add insult to injury at the end of the book he starts to berate Job instead of at least explaining himself. In effect he tells him: I`m God, you`re a worm. I don`t owe you an explanation and you sure won`t get one. It´s interesting though that God doesn`t just restitute the things he took from him, he gives him double. That`s the restitution thiefs owe their victims, Ex 22, 4.
