Praise the lord jesus
Jesus is not depicted as the creator who became human. That’s silly nonsense.
I disagree that "Sin" is moral. Failure, yes. Moral no. "Sin" is the separation from God. Being cut off from God.
and live to do what is right
2:07 Sin is a failure to be truly human. What a mind blowing way to think about this. May we delivered from this sin by the power of Jesus
Sin is transgression of law. period
The original biblical term for sin was "Hamartia," Which is an archery term for missing the target. You miss, you pay the price by going without the meal that a hit would have provided. Of course there's more to it, but I'm no one to teach others anything.
Pretty speech and very wide and far-tested for people who believe …
Yet I don't hear you about the tasks for retribution as payment for sins to be forgiven …
Is there a way for people to restore their name for the sins they committed …
Or to get more grip on our weaknesses for humanity itself to gain self-respect back …
I believe that heartfelt guilt was spoken out for the beast inside King Saul when his jealousy almost killed King David …
Yet he had to pay with his own life for the whole execution of a town …
He was jealous of the way King David rose so easily to power and he was not chosen to fulfill god's work …
That drove him easily to the beast inside jealousy for that is one of the seven sins inside people …
It leads to his destruction as a human being in peace with the world around him …
So in other words he always had a grudge toward King David because he was not chosen …
However, King David was in more ways more afraid of King Saul …
Because he wasn't his uncle in life the way David was younger and saw something good in him …
Sadly his hunger for power and might in god's name and the fact that he wasn't chosen to be suitable for this task …
Made him so jealous that almost all the time he was at War with King David it even cost him his Son …
His son who tried so much for peace and didn't want to kill David but told the plans of his father …
I read the story and was devastated by the fact that our desires can cause us to hate so much on our relatives …
Because we just can't have what they wanted to have in life that made me very sad …
Can you even imagine always fleeing in life to prevent others from anger to kill you for their desires to rise …
King David was like that trying to prevent bad things from happening he turned to hiding or talking his way out …
He did not want a full confrontation in Jealousy that drove his Uncle mad with the desire to kill him for more power in life …
Yet his desire was Lust and that is also a Sin that touches the skin for his pleasures in life …
So as a retribution and punishment, God also sought out a fitting task to forgive David for his Sins in life …
People alike ourselves do have these own flaws as well as ourselves so please be gentle and gracious …
Because in life humanity was never without sin …
Because of our desires our weaknesses our shadowy counterparts …
So forgive with a deep true understanding of your weakness of desire in your kind of Sin …
If you know this about yourself you can prevent yourself from turning into the beast of Sin itself …
For God only wants you to know and come to your senses so you can come back to peace with yourself and the world …
If you can describe those weaknesses of yourself and make an understanding between good and bad …
That helps your inner being to recover from Sin and makes you a nice person for the love and peace you brought …
Please be wise and understand that we should not blindly follow our desires for they feed on our Sins as well …
It is better to stay calm and humble before actually giving yourself away …
Otherwise, we lose ourselves in this endless desire which is a Sin as well …
Be in contentment with the world around you and know that everyone desires something around you …
Please be wary but also give them the feeling of euphoria all in good proportions and without driving them mad …
For desire may be but limited and with ease to not fall into harm's way of our Sin for that leads to immoral deeds …
Yet forgive and understand each other in weaknesses as the shepherd tended his flock to rise again above the soil …
Thanks for these eye-openers after falling down and in retribution to find yourself back again within serenity and peace …
Human nature may lose its way from time to time …
Every prophet had his own story and difficulties it is to heed us and guide us …
Charismatic ways to help us see through our character …
Gives us a deeper insight into the human consciousness of how to confront ourselves within our own Sin …
Thanks for that understanding and explanation …
Yet it is sometimes not easy to understand for we get surrounded by our weaknesses and feelings towards that …
How do you keep yourself from falling into that habit of your Sin that would be my question.
Not all are created in the image of God. Only the first man, Adam. '…on page 1 of the bible we learn that every human..' 1:20 in.
(J)ames 3:
My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.
2 For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.
3 Behold, we put bits in the horses' mouths, that they may obey us; and we turn about their whole body.
4 Behold also the ships, which though they be so great, and are driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, whithersoever the governor listeth.
5 Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!
6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.
No mention of 'lawlessness' as in breaking God's torah? Thus this video is misleading
1Jn 3:4 Everyone practicing sin also practices lawlessness, and sin is the breaking of the Torah.
-this concept is simple and cuts through many lies if u can understand it.
Horrible chaotic soundtrack especially thru headphones, random cut off shouts, bangs and abnormal cries, and what sounds like wind on an umuffled microphone, yes l professionally understand its about "the orientation response", but it breaks attention and reduces overall meanings, so why stoop to secular manipulations and added chaos?
Don't you agree all human interaction is a sin because the observers paradox means we are interfering with their free will merely by perceiving them. And the most sinful thing you can do is interrupt the free will of others
Sadly Assyrian or Babylonian prescriptions get mixed in and devide so much confusion here
♥️♥️♥️
Thank you so Much.
Are we borned in sin because of someone else's sin? Yes. Did animal sacrifices cure humans from sin? No. Did Jesus' sacrifice cure mankind from sin? No. Are those who accept Jesus' sacrifice immune to sin? No. So Jesus didn't solve the problem.. but at least we don't get to die (twice)
You know, if sin is unavoidable we should learn to be more empathetic and forgiving. If we want to overcome it and become more responsible for our actions we should focus more on education, maturity and self awareness.
When you said that, most of you know the commandments are based on failing to love God, and failing to love others it definitely resonates with the New Testament part that says all of the law can be resumed into this love God, above everyone and anything, and love others like yourself, because this is fulfilling the law And we failed, but God fulfilled it for us, the ultimate sacrifice in loving God as he followed God‘s plan, even though he was scared, and even if it meant death, but being loyal to God, and knowing his ways are best in de love for God, and then dying for us, which demonstrate the highest form of all of for love for othersdying for friends, which Christ did Christ no longer causes slaves but friends
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK👍👍
Sin is breaking the laws & Commandment of God. Lying, stealing, fornication (sex outside marriage) adultery (sex with some one other than your married partner) killing, anger malice, grudge, bitterness, jealousy, masturbation, lust, covetousness, greed, blasphemy. They are all SIN and are against the laws and Commandment of Jesus Christ our Lord and savior. So everyone must repent and turn away in great sorrow for such great wickedness of sin.
He knew what his purpose wAs I know ours is to know God before silver chord is severed but like what job etc?
Sin is going against the Will of GOD. His Will is outlined in his Word and denying yourself for GODs Will established in your life by following Christ is Fear Of GOD and is also the path to life. All Glory to YAHWEH through his son YESHUA by way of The Holy Spirit
Fair rendering of sin – yet the acts of man can neither condemn or save him – man can not act to choose. Christ states only the Father chooses who is allowed to come unto the Son 🤓
Dang, strikes me how different Christ “hitting the mark” is from my own expectations on myself. He didn’t make six figures, start a family, etc.
He chose to love, honor and serve God and others.
Other accomplishments are nice, but they aren’t the measure of hitting the mark in God’s eyes. 🙌
you over complicate it. Simply sin is breaking gods law.
The best spiritual channel ever, and the closure is perfeeect ❤❤❤❤
Dear Bible Project,
Though I am not myself a Christian, I recently started feeling curious about the Bible as a historical artefact. I went down to my local church and I was very direct about it… I just told the pastor that I was there to learn about the Bible and everyone was very welcoming! Anyway, as of about a month ago, I've been listening to your podcasts and watching your videos, and you are just amazing at what you do! I don't think I'm an unimaginative person, but I don't think I can actually imagine a better study supplement than the one you provide… basically for free! Which I really appreciate because I really do not have much money right now! But I can thank you, at least! Thank you so much! And Merry Christmas!
Sin is everything that god doesn’t like
If God did not want men to eat p@@sy he would not have made p@@sy look like a Taco.
Thank you Jesus 🙏🏽
The freemasons have built a very slow punishment system. The consequences of sin can sometimes take years. This is absolutely unacceptable! Punishment under my reign will be quick and sometimes instant. 🔥
That was the most beautiful breakdown I've ever heard
amazing. thank you!
I need more clarification on what do you mean here, because it sounds like you it is saying that if he slept with Potafiar wife he wouldn't sin? It'a confusing
That is the best exposition of "SIN" I have ever heard, in over 50 years of comparative religion and Scriptural study.
A more accurate definition of sin would be to err or to commit error by going against God's eternal law. Once again these videos "fail" to teach true gospel doctrine by seeking to water down the message of God's word.
God bless you guys and your group Amen
Thank you for these videos God bless you guys and your group Amen
Let’s back this train up and talk about you saying Joseph felt as if he was sinned against God because he refused Potifers wife. Unless I misunderstood this, I want to delve into that.
Many people say you can't judge me only God can… while thats true they use the passage from Matthew 7 and that deals with hypocrisy but if you read further it says for you will know them by their fruit(actions) so yes in a way we can judge each other but starting with ourselves first. Personally I wouldn't want to be the one to wag a finger because I'm afraid that i may be guilty and unaware but some things are blatantly obvious.
Can someone please help me here?
I have made 3 videos for Youtube and it cost me NOTHING apart from the usual internet charges, a computer and some time.
My question is, WHY do so many ask for money in order to keep producing videos on Youtube?
Are you saying that human beings with an head, body, arms, legs, flesh and blood are made in God's image?
Is God an human being?? 🤔
And how about those demons in human flesh?
🌍
“Sin” is a man-made construct
Retired Microbiologist. I see sin as microorganisms. Born without sin means they have no infectious pathogens on them. John the Baptist washed away sin and lots of dirt and bacteria.
essentially, sin = disobedience toward God
