The OH governor changed the primary deadline to February 28, 2020. I heard on the WLW 700 radio station that the deadline is approximate March 18, 2020 therefore I drove to the board of elections on approximate February 28, 2020 and the spokes person holding the bathroom door open said I don't know what your party is…the president is running unopposed…I did not indicate what party…and then I ssid I do not have to vote during the primary since the president is running unopposed..
I missed the change in voting days and time…the WLW 700 radio said the deadline for the ballots is today February 28, 2020. Your ballot have to be postmarked today. I requested the absentee application for the primary thinking I have until March 18, 2020. I told her I do not know if Biden is running unopposed or not?…I only came to vote for the president and only the MidPointe Library levy…so I left without her asking if I want to vote by provisional ballot…do not trust the governor of OH…he said all of his poll workers have COVID…so I said I did want to make sure I voted for the MidPointe Library levy and I planned to vote for president also, however, failed to hear about the changes on the radio. Now, the post office received the absentee request for November election on approximate October 9, 2020 and received the certified return receipt October 19, 2, 2020 and returned the election ballot on November 2, 2020 or November 3, 2020 only in time to vote provisional…I want to return the 2020 election ballot by certified return receipt. There is not enough time so I failed to vote again in both elections. The first time I wrote you Donald to explain what the governor did during the primary. I told you to be nice you are running unopposed…however, I am angry because I never heard WLW 700 radio announce the change to vote in the primary election to approximate February 28, 2020 from approximate March 18, 2020 so tired of chasing deadlines to vote good for you. Governor must feel trapped.

No. Trump won in Pennsylvania. Governor, Tom Wolf and Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar should be resigned. They both were obvious manipulated U.S. Constitution to gain their interests.
Many states changed rules this year "due to covid"… and this mess is the result. State legislatures and any changes they made to the election proccess during a presidential primary and election year need to be scrutinized.
